Daudu Monday Agbomofuagbe Celebrates His Chieftaincy Title.

Chief Monday Agbomofuagbe aka Baba Idiroko Jnr yesterday 10th of January 2025 had his fellow quarters Chiefs, residents of his quarter and other friends and well-wishers gathered in his home at Idezaedor 2 Erhurun Uneme in Akoko Edo LG of Edo state. The occasion was the celebration of the chieftaincy title bestowed on him by His Royal Highness, Oba M.O.A. Braimoh JP of Erhurun Uneme, ClanHead Uneme Central as the Chief in charge of IDEZAEDO 2 Erhurun Uneme.
For administrative efficiency and good administration, HRH considers it imperative to choose Chiefs who will assist him oversee the affairs of the 7 quarters in the community and Chief Monday is one of the beneficiaries of the prestigious title.
Residents of the quarter, and members of the public gathered for conviviality with Chief Monday and music was supplied for enjoyable dancing steps. Food and drinks were also served and the atmosphere was blissful.
Speaking to our reporter, Chief Monday said, “I was fortunate to be chosen by my King to help him ensure smooth administration especially in the area of security, juvenile malfeasance and moral infamy. Today, am happy that since we came on board, many of these unwanted misdeeds have been reduced to the barest minimum. I give thanks to God and HRH and promised to do my best to make the community a better place”.
Also speaking was, Chief J.O Balogun, the quarter Chief of Afelelu who said, ” Yes, we are proud to gather here today to celebrate with our colleague who is celebrating the title given to him by our King. We shall join forces to make the community a better place. The King places high premium on us and we won’t have to disappoint him at all”.
Representing the Family kindred, Chief Rotimi Ugbodaga Asemokhai said, “I bring goodwill message from the King. He is happy on this occasion of celebrating the recognition given to you to serve under him. He enjoins you to do your work judiciously without prejudice and bias while wishing you and your other colleagues a healthy celebration”.
Also speaking, Chief Agbomofuagbe’s mother said, ” Am delighted to be counted among those whose child is a palace Chief. My son is very hardworking and very morally upright. I know he will make a better Chief as the king has envisaged. I pray for him to have the courage and the will of God to do the desire of the King for which he was appointed”
